Description: Arquad PC 316 is a very unique tri-alkyl quat capable of providing exceptional and efficient hair conditioning. Arquad PC 316 provides a very soft feel to all hair types, including ethnic, course and damaged hair. In addition, Arquad PC 316 improves dry combing, allowing for improved manageability with reduced static build-up.
